Reporting to the Director of Human resources, the Training Advisor is responsible for providing strategic and operational support for skills development.
Training Coordinator
Main functions
- Create training modules, including technical training, soft skills training, workshop training and training for new employees;
- Ensure learning outcomes are achieved by developing learning tests/assessments, analyzing results and monitoring participant behaviors after training;
- Analyze results and develop new and effective solutions for current training initiatives;
- Seek opportunities for improvement by proposing solutions to improve training materials, internal training processes and current learning methods;
- Recommend solutions to improve team effectiveness while improving the internal guest experience;
- Partner with distributors to identify training needs;
- Leverage external resources and learning to develop teaching strategies that support the principles of workplace training;
- Collaborate with trade schools to enrich the academic program related to compressor techniques;
- All other related tasks.
Job requirements
- Experience in training design and delivery;
- Excellent communication and teaching skills;
- Ability to analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions.
