Inside Sales Representative - After-sales Service

Under the responsibility of the After-Sales Service National Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for administratively supporting the service department and serving as the interface between service and sales for all service quotation-related issues.

- Establish all service quotes / C4C requests;

- Provide information on availability, delivery times, warranties, prices and basic technical product information;

- Interface service between sales coordinators and the department;

- Enter all ZMD contract parts (packs) for quotation;

- Build relationships, track quote requests, track purchase orders and delivery times;

- Update of service contracts;

- Promote the company’s products and services.

- Ensure the application and compliance with policies and procedures in force in the company;

- Contribute to the success of his department and the organization;

- Contribute to fulfilling the mission of KAESER Compressors Canada Inc.;

- If necessary, assume the replacement of colleagues in other positions.

 

- AEC in administration or equivalence

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Essential bilingualism, oral and written (French and English)

- Knowledge of SAP and C4C systems an asset

- General knowledge of information technology
