Under the supervision of the Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in the management and administrative follow-up of service contracts. Your rigor, your attention to detail and your sense of organization will be key assets to offer a high quality service to our customers.
Administrative Officer
Main functions
- Write, update and monitor service contracts, in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain close relationships with customers: Respond to requests for quotes, follow up on purchase orders.
- Manage contractual deadlines and coordinate renewals in a timely manner.
- Verify compliance of contracts with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with technical, sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of commitments.
- Answer customer questions regarding contractual terms and services included.
- Analyze contract data to identify optimization leads.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of contract management processes.
Job requirements
- Administrative experience (an asset)
- Excellent organization, rigor and attention to detail
- Fluency with it tools (SAP knowledge: an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple files at once, efficiently and professionally
- Ability to express oneself in English and French with colleagues, clients in Ontario and Western Canada.
