Reporting to the Service Manager, the incumbent actively contributes to the department’s success by ensuring the smooth operation of after-sales service, particularly through quality installations, exemplary customer service, and the maintenance of specialized equipment.

Electromechanical Technician

Main functions

- Update installation trailer materials and equipment, including components under the approval of the Service Manager, to ensure more efficient compressed air network installations;
- Maintain all installation trailer equipment (coupling, tools, etc.) in good condition and ensure inventory management in collaboration with the company's internal responsible party;
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers during all project phases (quotation, contract, installation);
- Carry out installations directly on site, as the main installation technician, and collaborate with other KAESER electromechanics if required;
- Coordinate with subcontractors, if applicable, to ensure the smooth running of compressed air network installation project.
 
Job requirements

- Electromechanical knowledge;
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience, DEP/ AEC or Certificate (Desirable);
- Ability to read drawings;
- Working knowledge of French and English;
- General computer knowledge;
- Knowledge of compressed air systems an asset;
- Knowledge of piping systems an asset;
- Driving license.
