Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Communications and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for writing, translating and disseminating internal and external communications as well as creating content for our social networks.
Communications and Marketing Coordinator
Main functions
- Writes, translates, and sends internal memos to staff and distributors;
- Writes, translates and sends the monthly internal newsletter to staff;
- Acts as a translator (English/French) when needed;
- Manages the creation of content for social media;
- Translates and makes all necessary modifications to Canadian brochures;
- Translates and makes all necessary modifications to the KAESER report (bi-annual);
- Produces ‘’Success Stories’’ as part of the corporate headquarters’ program;
- Performs any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor;
- Regularly serves as the primary backup for the receptionist, covering breaks, vacations and leaves of absence.
